Who Has Access to This Information?

Atkinson, Harris & Hart, P.C. employees are permitted to access the information they need to perform their jobs. We maintain strict internal policies against unauthorized disclosure or use of client information.

Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information

Except as otherwise described in this notice, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees of our firm and other parties who must use that information to provide services to you. Their right to further disclose and use the information is limited by the policies of our firm, applicable law and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate. We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
